Formulary

As the formulary contains so much information on different topics, drugs and guidelines, we have separated our content to sub-pages in this section.

Each page represents a section from the formulary. We decided this was the most sensible way to share the information with you and the easiest way for us to display it.

The formulary will evolve and grow over time. You will find some sections with more information than others, this is normal. We are working to produce a formulary that works across our local hospitals, community services and GP practices and this will take some time to achieve. As prescribing documents are released we will update this central source of information for you.
