Wheelchair services

The service is provided by Dorset Primary Care Trust for the population of Dorset.

Do you have a long-term condition? Do you need the use of a wheelchair?

The wheelchair service can assess your mobility needs and if appropriate provide you with a wheelchair, accessories and seating to increase your mobility and independence.

This service is available to anyone with a long-term need who has a GP within Dorset, Bournemouth and Poole .
