Following a number of comments received by local healthcare professionals, NHS Dorset are moving to reassure people in Swanage that once established, the new dental practice in the town will be able to cope with demand.
For those local residents who do have concerns about availability, the Trust has made an online form available on the right of this page, through which people can express an interest and request the practice contact them once up and running.
Alternatively people can send a letter including their personal details to the PCT at Canford House, Discovery Court Business Centre, 551-553 Wallisdown Road, Poole, BH12 5AG for the attention of PALs.
Please be aware that those people who do not express an interest in advance will not be excluded from receiving dental care once the new practice opens; there will also be no requirement to register at the new practice. Any personal contact details supplied to the PCT will be passed to the new dental practice and used by the practice for the sole purpose of offering an appointment.
We would like to reassure people that the current mobile dental service will continue to offer dental services to local people until such time that the successful bidder is in place and able to accept patients.
