Health Community Strategy

Following the feedback received earlier this year The Community Strategy for Health and Social Care Services is now available from the downloads section of this page. 

The Community Strategy for Health and Social Care Services has been developed jointly by NHS Dorset and Dorset County Council with feedback gained from multi agency groups including voluntary agencies, carers and community representatives. It sets out the vision for services that meet our local strategic goals.
