It is important that there is a consistent approach to how NHS Dorset commissions services and manages staff.

It is also important to ensure that services are of a high quality and equally accessible across the area we cover.

To enable us to meet these and other requirements, the Trust has a comprehensive set of policies covering its activities which give clear guidance as to how those activities should be conducted.
