Corporate risk register

The Patient Safety and Risk Manager has delegated responsibility for the management of Corporate Risk Register for Commissioning.

This is updated regularly on an ongoing basis and is reviewed monthly by the Directors and Quality by the Risk Group and Integrated Governance.

The Risk Group’s membership consists of a Lay member who is the patient representative and Non Executive Directors as well as key Managers and Directors.

The Integrated Governance Committee is a sub-committee of the Board and has delegated responsibility for the management of Risk on behalf of the Trust Board.
